Toronto, Ontario – Simplicity Car Care released its 2021 Annual Stakeholder Report on Monday, drawing back the curtain on a year of impressive growth and bold goals for the collision repair banner’s legacy.

This year’s annual report is themed “rebuilding what life was like before the pandemic,” according to Simplicity CEO Paul Prochilo.

Chief among the brand’s achievements over the past year is the impressive 7.7-day cycle time reported by Simplicity, which they claim is “about 45% better than industry performance” .

This cycle time, combined with an on-time vehicle delivery score of 97%, contributed to Simplicity’s Net Promoter Score of 93%, indicating a continued commitment to customer satisfaction despite severe parts shortages. These numbers are up from last year’s on-time vehicle delivery score of 95.5% and net promoter score of 90%.

The company has not only seen growth in its metrics in 2021, but also in its place on the map, reporting the addition of 23 new facilities to the network and net new store growth of 47% year over year. on the other. This year also marked Simplicity’s first steps in British Columbia with the opening of the province’s inaugural facility in Prince George.

Quebec also attracted particular attention from the banner, posting a net new store growth rate of 250% that easily surpassed all other provinces.

This latest report from Simplicity also focuses on social causes and the type of role the brand plays in the Canadian collision repair industry.

Prochilo said “market leadership is measured not just by scale and performance, but also by legacy,” and that the company strives “to leave a positive impact in every community we serve”.

As such, the company has committed to being carbon positive in its operations by 2045 with a plan to reduce its carbon footprint by 6% per year until this goal is achieved.
